OMT SEZ Project
The Project is located at Mlandizi, Kibaha District in the coastal region. About 60Km from Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania. The Project involves the development of an industrial park on the area of 83.56 hectares under the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Scheme. The site has the advantage of being located along with the SGR Cargo Station, moreover, its 1 Km away from the Tanzania Port Authority (TPA) Dry Port and 13 Km from Dar es Salaam- Morogoro expressway connecting to other EAC & SADC countries. Activities envisaged in this SEZ include but are not limited to Industrial Manufacturing and processing, trading, ICT, services real estate, logistic Services, Financial Services, and Dry port services.
